Last Thursday, in honor of homecoming week, our very own Legacy High School threw a block party in the East parking lot. There were food trucks, music, a dunk tank, bouncy castles, performances by junior varsity cheer and varsity poms, and homecoming royalty even arrived in a car parade!

The students that came will definitely remember the party as a fun-filled night cultivating the homecoming experience!

The food scene had some variety with three different food trucks: Mac ‘N Noodles, Wheels on Fire, and Kona Ice.

The inflatables included one with a wrecking ball and one with an obstacle course that many students enjoyed.

One of the highlights of the evening was the homecoming royalty nominees making a grand entrance inside convertibles and trucks. It was a sight to see!

The dunk tank at the party was also a hit with our very own student body president Kelly Truong and teacher Mr. Blythe in the hot seat!

If you aren’t a senior be sure to be on the lookout for the block party next year to join in on the fun!

It [the block party] is fun and the whole community comes together and spends a Thursday night together!
