How to Survive the PSAT

How+to+Survive+the+PSAT

As you probably already know, the PSAT is coming up, and you might be stressing out about it, which is totally normal, so don’t feel like it’s horrible. I’ve been there, and so has the entire tenth grade class. So, to avoid losing a few of you to the test, let’s talk about how to survive it.

Calm Down: While you have every right to freak out, there’s one thing you have to remember: This test is not going to determine your future. This test is more to help you improve your score in the future. So, do your best, but don’t think your life is over if your score is a bit lower than you wanted.

Practice: So, your teachers are probably handing you practices for this. You should do those, so you know what to expect and how to do the test. The more you prepare for it, the better you’ll do.

Get a College Board account: This is a website that has really good practice tests, and you can see your psat score on it. If you want a bit of a head start, go to the site and get an account. Go here for it: https://www.collegeboard.org/

Just try your best, do the practices, don’t die in the process, and you’ll be golden. So, be a decent human being and try to be nice!
