Halloween is approaching soon, and the Lightning Letter invites you to join them in celebrating spooky season! For all writers and horror fans, we propose a challenge: submit a short scary story, and the winner will get their story published in the newspaper.
There are two rules:
- The word limit is 250 words.
- Submissions are due by October 25.
